Bookings for coach outings, if not already made on previous outings, should, if possible, be made by email to bookings@aberdeenramblers.org.uk, alternatively you can phone David Fenlon on 01224 780734 (between 5.30 - 6.30pm on weekdays). Please, for all bookings give your name, your phone number, either home or mobile, state the outing (s) you are booking for and the pick up point. You should note that bookings can only be made for 2 outings in advance. Our email booking address will be checked up to Thursday before the outing. For the present e-mail bookings will not be acknowledged, assume you are booked on unless you hear otherwise. You are advised to book early but in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel a pre-booked outing, this should be done as early as possible either by email or Phoning David. If, due to illness etc. you need to cancel after Friday before the walk call Brian on 07751673091. Failure to cancel may deprive another member of a place as outings are generally well attended. A £5 penalty will be imposed if you do not turn up for a pre-booked outing. |
